Eddie demonstrated professionalism, total customer focus and made our car purchase experience actually enjoyable!!! He went extra mile and sent Daniel online inventory information and summarized details after our initial visit and test drive.  He never minimalized our questions or recall of our perception of details; instead he would research for accuracy, and got the Sales Manager to explain what he'd said,etc.  We especially appreciated his taking the time to explain the active and passive safety features Subaru builds into their vehicles.  Happy New Year 2012 and thank you Eddie!!!
