Eddie was extremely responsive, even responding to emails after hours. He was pleasant to work with, low-pressure and strove to understand our wants and need. He even delivered it to my house on New Year's day!!! Overall I had a great experience with Eddie and Subaru of Plano, and would go there in the future for my vehicle needs.

The fact that Eddie called us quickly, answered all of our questions and was very flexible is the primary reason we bought this car here and not in denton. Eddie was helpful and took great care of us. Amanda was also great. Thank you Eddie.

Eddie demonstrated professionalism, total customer focus and made our car purchase experience actually enjoyable!!! He went extra mile and sent Daniel online inventory information and summarized details after our initial visit and test drive. He never minimalized our questions or recall of our perception of details; instead he would research for accuracy, and got the Sales Manager to explain what he'd said,etc. We especially appreciated his taking the time to explain the active and passive safety features Subaru builds into their vehicles. Eddie was extremely helpful since he replied to our request for a quote online until I drove my new Outback out of the dealer. He called us right away, answered all our questions and had two Outbacks ready for us by the time we arrived to the dealer later that same day. He completely understood my needs and requirements for my new Outback, and that is exactly what he got me. He was algo very patient when I couldn't decide which color to pick, since I really liked both Outbacks I looked at. I'll be back when I'm ready for my next Subaru. Thank you Eddie.
