The experience was great.  Eddie spent time explaining each model and heard my concerns.  It was especially great that he could locate the exact vehicle I wanted and get it here in time for me, since I had less than 2 days before leaving for Colorado.  He worked very hard, kept me informed and pulled through.  I'm a happy customer!!!!
